PeptidesTrack is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device or service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, verify doses, or warn about drug interactions. Always follow the instructions of a licensed healthcare provider. Use of peptides may carry health risks; you assume full responsibility for your protocol.
Provider
PeptidesTrack is a product and service of Extreme Results Digital Inc ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Extreme Results Digital Inc.
1. Acceptance
By using PeptidesTrack you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. Use restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the app. You may not use the service to violate any law or to harm others.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptidesTrack and its founder are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including health consequences.
4. Subscriptions
PRO subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and managed by your Apple ID. Cancel anytime in your subscription settings.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
